Hehe, yes, Chi from Chobits. I couldn't resist.
Gosh, she was so fun to draw. ^_^ Especially the hair. ^-^
Hm... I used soft-shading on this one because of the bad responce to my cell-shading on the last anime pic... I think it fits better, at least for Chi anyways.
I changed the color of the background and her shirt more times than I remember, so apologies if they look a little weird. I couldn't find anything that really looked good.
